Medlock Park - Willivee

This project transformed a beloved but outgrown ranch-style home into a midcentury-inspired residence designed for modern family living. A two-story rear addition expanded the main level and converted the unfinished basement into fully integrated living space, allowing for a new primary suite, open living areas, and a highly functional mudroom and laundry entry. Custom-built millwork was designed specifically for the new architecture, while expansive rear windows connect the interiors to the wooded backyard. Though significantly enlarged at the back, the redesigned front elevation maintains the scale and presence of a one-story home, preserving the character of the neighborhood.
