As we worked across Atlanta’s historic and in-town neighborhoods, we saw a growing need homeowners wanted more than a contractor. They wanted a team who could design, plan, and build with intention, whether it was updating a century-old home or constructing a brand-new one. That’s why we evolved into a true design-build studio. At the heart of 360 Construction is its owner, Denice Beall—a licensed interior designer, strategic problem-solver, and trusted construction advisor who brings clarity, confidence, and calm to every home project.
Denice began her career as a project manager for a metal fabrication company while completing her interior design degree at Louisiana State University. After graduation, she moved to Atlanta and joined the renowned architectural firm TVS, where she refined her design sensibilities and strengthened her management expertise while working on national and international shopping center projects. It was there that she saw firsthand the power of collaboration and the impact of a strong, coordinated team.
After the birth of her first child, Denice sought greater flexibility and transitioned into residential design, offering freelance design and project management services to local builders. During this period, she recognized a consistent gap in the market: homeowners needed more than a contractor—they needed a guide. Someone who could seamlessly connect design vision with construction execution. Someone who understood budgets, materials, and timelines as deeply as floor plans, finishes, and function. Someone who valued the homeowner’s experience as much as the final result.
That insight became the foundation of 360 Construction.
Today, Denice leads each project with a steady hand and a designer’s eye, overseeing high-end renovations and custom homes throughout Atlanta’s historic neighborhoods. She is known for her thoughtful listening, her ability to solve complex challenges, and her commitment to creating homes that feel personal, warm, and beautifully crafted.
